Hilton Vacation Club MountainLoft Gatlinburg

We stayed in a one-bedroom chalet on the mountainside, and absolutely loved it. The balcony offered a beautiful view, and the chalet had a small kitchen equipped with everything we needed. There were two large TVs — one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The living room also had an electric fireplace with a timer, which made the space extra cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and additional blankets were provided. The bathroom was small but perfectly sufficient for us. The clubhouse is spacious and has both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus two hot tubs nearby. There’s also a mini-golf course, which was a fun bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this place. There was several things to do here such as putput, heated pools, shuffle board, and they had a few daily activities. Close to town, both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. So you can shop, eat, go to shows. Rooms were pretty nice, we had a shared door. So one room was a full kitchen and king bed and the other was a full bed and mini kitchen.

The one bedroom chalet was great. Everything you need is provided except for hand soap and an extra blanket. I will say I did not use the washing machine as it did have black mold on the door gasket, probably from other travelers using it and not leaving it open to dry. Its like being in a tree house. The TV in our bedroom did not work

Stayed in a 1 bed deluxe phase 2. (Building 11) we were lucky enough to get a room on the top floor, the view was amazing. The room was updated and clean, no issues there. My wife and I enjoyed a round of mini golf and the view at the ridgeline pool. It has been 20 years since i last visited Mountain loft, the last few stays in the are were at Laurel Crest. I prefer this location and view and will stay here again.

We loved it here. Easy to get around. We went to two different pools on the property, and they were amaizing. Heated, but not hot. The main one was like swimming in air. The person taking care of this pool does an awesome job!

Satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean and tidy. The grounds are kept very clean and nice. Frequent bear sightings. Would love to come back sometime.

Slept like I was on a cloud, this was the best one since we went to big bear in Missouri, the staff in office gets a long & there Is cohesive teamwork. Not once did anyone say, That's not my job" they were amazing! Rooms great, had to borrow a blender from the front office, but not a big deal. The floors in the condo (225)however were so dirty. I cleaned the kitchen floor with Clorox wipes after noticing my husband feet were black lol. Then wiped off residual with paper towels & it was still black. Not a huge deal, I clean. However, housekeeping showed up with zero mops on check out. Just FYI. Would still come back loved out stay.

Stayed as a guest of a friend in the townhomes near the main building. They were in a presidential. Both accommodations were incredible! The views were amazing.
